Position Lettings administration assistant

Location London office

Parkheath Estates is looking for a Lettings Administration Assistant to assist with the day-to-day running of our busy deal progression department.

The department deals with all the landlord and tenant communication prior to a tenant taking occupation of a property. This includes arranging all legal paperwork, communicating with the rentals and property management department to ensure that requirements as negotiated between all parties are agreed and legally compliant. The role involves dealing with the public on a daily basis, thus good customer service is a strong prerequisite for the position available.

The successful candidate is a person who can work well under pressure and can do so professionally and confidently. The ability to multi-task and organise yourself is a requirement

Knowledge of property and the rentals process would be an advantage but not a requirement. Salary dependent on experience. To start immediately.
